I grew up in a Chinese/Vietnamese household so there are a lot of Asian fusion going on in this house. This simple dish is a traditional breakfast that I've been eating since I was a little child. Simple sunny side up eggs with Chinese sausages and green onions. Oh, and don't forget the drizzle of soy sauce! It makes a difference I promise you! The soy sauce gives it a more rich and salty taste so you can do without salt but pepper is a must! Serve it up with some toast and the day might as well be over.
