Soy braised pork belly

This is a traditional dish I see cooked at home all the time. I'm not the biggest fan because of the fat and skin from the pork belly but the flavor is amazing! Easy to cook and also spiced up any way you like it.

This dish is sweet and savory and amazing with rice. I can even eat the rice covered in this sauce and be happy :). The egg is just an plus but a must!
